Presenting…… Nova Needlecases

I LOVED making these needlecases.  They are made using applique and big stitch quilting.  I, of course, did needleturn applique but you can do whatever method you’re comfortable with….prepared edge, machine applique or even raw edge applique…. the pieces are quite small!!  The needlecases measure            8 1/2 inches x 4 1/2 inches.

The kits are made with fabric from my own personal stash …. you may not receive the same fabric as shown in the photos – I probably don’t have any of that fabric left – but you will receive a great substitute.  I have spent a few days trawling through my voluminous modest stash of fabric and chosen what I feel is just right for the needlecases.  And I spent more than a week cutting all those tiny pieces!!! 

Fabric for the front, lining, pocket, all applique shapes and binding will be included as well as felt for the needle-keep.

The kits will not include any threads. 

Number of kits are limited so I have to limit one kit per customer.  If I make anymore kits I’ll let you all know. 

I will be offering the pattern booklet and kits in a number of ways.

The booklet ONLY will be sold via my website – either as a hard copy at $25 or as a PDF pattern for $23.  Here’s the link.

Selling the kits seemed toooo confusing to sell via my website because of the postage involved.  So…. If you would like a kit please email me at blanckirene@gmail.com – tell me which kit you’d like (each needlecase is numbered), your email for PayPal, your home address and whether you’d like a booklet/pattern included (if you haven’t already bought it via my website).  Once I hear from you I will send you a PayPal invoice. 

Each kit costs $20 plus postage  (Australia  $7  - USA  $20  -  Europe - $25)
